Changes the text of the patient’s most recent message in a care thread. Only that one can be edited, and only in
care threads (AI Coach replies are written from what the patient sent). The coach sees it marked as edited, and
the previous text is kept in the record’s history. Error codes: not_last_message (409) for an older message
or one the patient didn’t send, message_not_editable (422) in an AI Coach chat, conversation_archived (409).
