}Analyze a meal photo
The AI Coach estimates the meal in an uploaded photo: what it is, its ingredients and their macros. Show the
result as an editable form, then save it with POST /v1/patient/meals, sending the same photo_upload_id and
entry_method: photo_ai. Takes a few seconds. Asking again for the same upload returns the same analysis.
Counts toward the plan’s daily photo analysis limit (15 by default). Error codes: upload_not_found (404),
ai_paused (409) when the AI Coach is paused for the plan, daily_photo_analysis_cap_reached (429),
ai_unavailable (503).
Plans: AI + health and fitness coaches (ai_health_fitness), AI only (ai_only).

A 15-minute token bound to one patient and one enrollment, issued by POST /v1/oauth/token with the
token-exchange grant. Treat it as opaque. When it expires, exchange a fresh assertion; there is no refresh token.
